My size of **** is 40B, do you think i need B surgery?

i dont think you need surgery, it really depends on your body size/type. i mean...if your a big girl (no disrespect mind you), then yes it would like a little odd to have small breasts. but, in the case that your 125 lbs or so...then your good. it fits in porportion with the rest of your body.

NOOOO!!! Love the body you have. You are beautiful the way you are. Breast implants are for shallow nit-wits, and for women who've had mastectomies for breast cancer treatment.
