110 and 5'4" is a BMI of 18.9 which is right at the edge of underweight (18.5).

An acceptable weight range for you would be between 108 and 145. This would keep you within a normal BMI. Keep in mind that your body type may dictate where you fall within normal and for some people 5' 4" tall 108 may be far to thin or 145 may be too heavy.

You should try to eat healthfully and normally and be content with your body.

If you weight nay less than 120, you will be too skinny and you won't look good, so I would say try to stay a little above that.

It depends on your frame size. Probably somewhere between 110-140. Also, keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. If you have alot of muscle, you will weigh more.
