If the weather were to be nice why dont you go down to the lake and have a nice picnic lunch and have some wine and enjoy the beauty of the water and nature. I think this would be romantic and you could watch the sunset.

bunjee jumping , sky diving , both of you could learn skating or learn a new extreme hobby
really develops, trust with each other
plus another really great adventure
or you can try hiking, mountain climbing any of those extreme stuff
you will learn a lot from each other, values and how each other can adapt to change and unwanted conditions, a test if you both can survive your relationship and being with each other in case you think you want to get married

You know, drinking isn't really fun anymore when you can do it legally. I use to drink every chance I got when I was underage, it was a thrill! I didn't even drink on my 21st bday, and now I drink rarely, and when I do, I drink alone for the fun dizziness of being drunk.
As for drunk sex, that doesn't always work well for the man. I believe the term is whiskeydick.

DON'T drink excessively. Moderation. If you do, you may die. And if you do want to drink alot, beer only. Only a little bit of hard alcohol. Beer won't give you alcohol poisoning. Well, not easily, that is.
