okay why the heck wont teachers have religion at school i mean its the 2nd ammendment freedom of religion!!!! and i carry a small bible around at school the teacher saw it and she was like well if i see that here again i'll give u a detention. but isn't that basically against the law???? plz let me know

It's the First Amendment that deals with freedom of religion and it's school not schol. Perhaps a little more studying of spelling and civics would be in order.

Also, I don't think a teacher can give you detention just for carrying a bible.

I think its stupid, people quote "Oh its in the Constitution that there is seperation of church and state," but i dont see it there. Also, they can do that, but you can also sue them for that because its an infringment on your beliefs and any religious activity lead by students on school grounds is perfectly legal. Stand up for your beliefs and carry that bible. Be a warrior for Christ!

I have no idea and I also think its wrong not to allow bibles or religion in school. I guess they dont want religion bc there scared of it... i dont know...
