Call the clerk at the courthouse and find out what the law is. you will probably have to send a certified letter to the person giving them a certain amount of time to remove it and state what you will, by law, do if it is not removed. That should do it. If not, follow the rule of law and do what the law says you can do. Possesion they say is half the law. So, you have it, he needs to get it or it will most likely become yours again to do with what you want. Have you seen the person? Can you call the person? Are they alive? Something to think about. Good luck.

I would hire a lawyer. Yes, this may cost you a grand or two but you have someone else's movable property on your property. If anything happens to it you are liable. Getting a lawyer will force him to move it or give you the option of reselling the mobile home for an even better profit. Good luck.

call this person, and ask them whether they really want it. if they do, then give them a limited amount of time (i.e. a month or so) to come get it, if they don't then put it back up for sale, and tell them that they lost their chance and they shouldn't have kept making excuses.

Yes you can put it back up for sale.....Hopefully you have the guys Address......IF you do, send him a certified letter stating that he has 60 days to pick the home up or it will go back onto the market. send it certified with a return reciept so you'll know he got it!!!! Save a copy for yourself, just in case it goes to court. Be sure to date it also. I think you have been more than reasonable for letting him go a yr. without moving it!!!!!!
