Can you feel a fertilized egg implanting in your uterus? (Besides light bleeding, I;m asking if there is cramping or something).

Every pregnancy is different. I haven't heard of that, but maybe some cramping. Some women say they "JUST KNOW" when they are pregnant.

remember every woman, pregnancy & baby are different -not everyone gets the implantation cramps or bleeding, I didnt get either one.

you'll probably feel a short stab in your stomache, you probably won't even recogize it because it comes and goes so fast, but when it's implanting you should spot a little, not much though. hope that helps out some.
