Depend on your planned budget & the tyoe of Climate that suits you. The best ones for me for a Cold & Chilled climate would be "Switzerland" & if you are looking for warm climate, i would recommend pacific places like Bahamas, Hawaii or Asia countries like Thailand, Malaysia & so on.
