I just watched Afro Samurai on Spike TV. I really liked tonight's show. Now this is what anime should be like. I am tired of Pokemon and its countless imitators. I want to see good Kung fu action.

Samurai don't use Kung Fu and don't have afro. I think it's a lame show.

Dude i loved it it's a new look on anime and i love the it is made by FUNimation cuz i love Dragon Ball Z and GT and this show adds to the GOOD work of FUNimation i cant wait for more episodes.

Afro Samurai wasn't my cup of tea, the animation was great, and some good humor mixed in, but I like my anime plots to be richer.
Look into Samurai Champloo if you enjoyed this, it's the perfect blend, great animation, music, characters, humor, and story.

I loved it even though it's among the ranks of mortal combat in violence.

I like how he sliced the bullets in half and when he hit that big dude all the way back with one fist.

i thought it was really good animation it just sucks that it is only 5 episodes long. that and to show something that bloody on t.v is just sweet
