If so do you know where it might be located?

I have looked in my owners manual and it doesn't say anything about the washer pump fuse, this is on reason why I am having such a problem finding it.

Yes there is . On the fuse block if you can or have someone do this for you, look at fuses to see which one is burned through. If attempting to do this yourself or have a friend do this;Disconnect battery cable as you don't want any arcing going on or injury encurred. Fuse blocks may be located in different places depending on make and model. Look in owners manual it will show and describe where it is located. Also don't over fuse if it calls for a 15amp replace with same not a 20 or 30 amp etc....

No it goes with the wind shield wiper fuse it seems that you need to re-place the pump it is attached to the washer fluid reservoir.
