Right - I would think Pau d'Arco is a good blood cleaner, magnesium keeps the system loose and flushing, plenty of water (hot with lemon it is always good for cleansing) and plenty of veggies. Your body should do it for you, but it doesn't hurt to help it along. Try to stay away from alcohol, wheat and dairy (that can dehydrate and gum up the system) for a couple weeks too. That's where I would start, personally.
Peace!

Anytime you are prescribed antibiotics you will have a lot of side effects, especially the diarrhea. This is caused by the antibiotics destroying the friendly flora in your digestive tract causing an imbalance. Go to the store and buy some Acidophilus and begin taking it to replenish the friendly bacteria. Drink a lot of fluids to help flush everthing out. And if you want you can do the B.R.A.T. diet, Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast. This is helpful for the diarrhea also. It will all go away in time but whenever a doctor prescribes antibiotics make sure you take acidophilus along with it. Take 1 pill 3 times a day. Very safe, you cannot overdose on it. Just like eating a ton of yogurt. Hope you feel better soon!

Relax. Your body is quite capable of breaking down the medications and eliminating them without any over-reaction on your part. If you want to restock the gut bacteria, when you feel better you can eat some organic live culture yogurt. Most pain killers are out of the body inside 12 hours anyway, eliminated by the liver and kidneys. Antibiotics are usually gone inside a day or so, in the same way. Your body will be much happier left to do what it was designed to do without any outside assistance from you. Eat well, rest and let yourself recooperate without staring at the calendar and trying to influence things.

Do you have a dental hospital in your area? They hold a sort of "dental A&E" in the mornings. Or you could try a neighbouring dental practice for an emergency appointment. Your GP may be reluctant to administer antibiotics for dental pain, due to the fact that it is the wrong speciality. I definitely recommend calling NHS Direct for details. Good luck, dental abscesses are incredibly painful, get well soon.

The gentle and natural way is to just let your body's chemistry take care of it...should only take max. a week...but generally it should only be about 72 hours.

You don't detox. You were given these beds because your health problem required them. If you detox, your health problems don't improve.
But, you can take a probiotic along with antibiotics, to help to reduce the possible adverse effects of the antibiotics. Check any natural food store.

Drink a lot of water. Eat fresh veggies and fruits. You will detox naturally if you do this.

You don't want to rid your body of those antibiotics too soon, or else whatever caused you to be sick will return. Just make sure you drink water and your kidneys will filter it naturally.

I don't know about the headaches but if you take stool softeners (colace) it will even you out so it's not a problem when you go off it.
