on family guy do the people hear stewie?? becasue i have been wondering ever since i watched the show... like sometimes it seems like they understand him but sometimes it seems like they don't

The dog can always hear Stewie and the family can hear him sometimes.

Brian for sure hears him, but then in real life i guess, babies have this sort of connection between animals and babies.
I think all Lois, Peter, Chris, and Meg hear is baby babble. I used to be unsure about that too. GOOd QUESTION! =)

Most of the Time the family hears Stew, However being a baby they certanly don't take him seriously!
