You don't hate yourself. If you did why would you bother staying alive in order to figure this question out? Why live? Obviously you're alive because you still believe you have a purpose and the worth to remain alive, so deep down you really care about yourself. Now quit whining and figure out how to realize you actually care about yourself very much.

Why DO you hate yourself? Only you can answer that question. You have to look deep into yourself and figure out what has caused your self hatred. Is it because of your childhood? Were you raised to have no self worth? Have you been abused and beaten down in life which has caused you to think you are nothing? Do you have a behavior or behaviors that you don't like in yourself that causes you to have that self hate?
Whatever the reason, you do have power to change the way you feel about yourself. Don't let past experiences or behaviors keep you down. Look in the mirror every day, several times a day, and tell yourself with conviction...........and say it out loud.........."I am the best I can be! I am getting better every day! I am worthy of love! I am worthy of respect!"
Get the book written by Norman Vincent Peale, "The Power of Positive Thinking". Read it and apply it's principles. Do what it says. You will experience a remarkable change in your life.
