U would have situations thrown at u for which u would be given less than 30 secs to answer. Thirdly they would analyze your communication abilities as this is critical for the job. Would not want to sound crass here but the given obvious criteria is that you should be presentable to the customers u r to serve! More languages u can speak the better the chances of negotiating as well.

1. Height minimum 5 feet 3 inches for girls and 5 and half for boys, weight is as per the height
2. Pleasing personality and capacity to smile

how would you deal with 'difficult/problem' passengers ? what would you do if two people start fighting ? how would you identify a terrorist ? whom would you save given its between you and a passenger if plane catches fire ?
