Hi Aradhana,

The questions would ideally be dealing with identifying whether u hv what it takes to be in the service industry. So it would ideally revolve around your response to unwieldy customers, bizarre requests, abusive customers and so on. The next aspect would deal with ur response to emergencies. U would have situations thrown at u for which u would be given less than 30 secs to answer. Thirdly they would analyze your communication abilities as this is critical for the job. Would not want to sound crass here but the given obvious criteria is that you should be presentable to the customers u r to serve! More languages u can speak the better the chances of negotiating as well.

The issues you're able to would desire to handle are uncomplicated in a great number of jobs so a ordinary employer e book on those matters would help: a thank you to shield conflict a thank you to shield perplexing human beings a thank you to think of properly/top below rigidity a thank you to shield scientific emergencies a thank you to calm others down once you're scared. See in case you will come across a e book written via a flight attendant/air host(ess) approximately their very very own interest. because of the fact that maximum flight attendants have been women, reseach may well be all via women, yet once you seem at/understand the adult men's section, that'll be a plus for you too! A e book on the commercial industry could be useful, if no longer on your interview a minimum of as general historic past on the place those varieties of planes are going and why :) This sounds like a stable e book: Cruising Altitude: Diary of a Flight Attendant via Talise Danee' stable success!
