I've given the witch all the items she needs for the cure, but when I give her the last item, she doesn't say when the cure will be ready, and my journal doesn't update. Can anyone help?

Look dude go feed and come back when you are not a pure vampire that is why she was all angry and attacking you before. Would you want a fully changed vampire asking you for a cure LOL! Then you should be good to go. Here is another trick for you, when the count offers you a reward for getting it for him, don't exit out of the screen when he offers you the gold. If you keep asking him over and over you will build up 100000000000000 gold and then you buy anything you want!

This is a game glitch and its one of the worst. On the PC you can use a cheat o remedy it but on the X360 your only hope is to start from a previous save.

Could be a glitch, I went through one with that Quest where she was all out Hostile torwards me, I had to yield to her to get her to do anything.
Try just reloading a save from not too far back, or just re starting may be your best bet.
Also, you possibly may be missing something, search in Google this exact question, many guides on what to do.
