i have irregular periods, ive been getting my period for like 5 years and still ill miss my period for up to like 3 or 4 months, is this normal?

You should definately go to a doctor. Especially if you're sexually active. They may be able to perscribe some birth control for you that will help to regulate your period.

A lot of women have irregular periods. Sometimes it's nothing, sometimes it's something. If you have not been to an OBGYN, then find one and make an appointment. If you already have one, make an appointment. Explain to him/her what your periods are like and let them decide if it's worth investigating. Be aware and assertive to find an answer, but don't worry until you have a reason.

Could it be that you are stressed out? or chemical imbalance, eating differently, diet is different, something different in your life that might be causing that
