Can u tell me how many steps are in protein synthesis and what are they?

it depends on what part of protein synthesis you are specifcally talking about. In general there is two steps, transcription which the process of making mRNA (messenger Ribose Nucleic Acid) off of a complementary DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) sequence. The next step is called translation and, in short, it is when a ribosome reads the mRNA from transcription and translates it into a protein or polypeptide chain made from a sequence of amino acids. So in short, there are really only two main steps in protein synthesis, but the deeper you get into cell biology you will find there are many more steps within each process

Protein Synthesis require 2 steps:
1- transcription
2- translation

basically, 1st step: transcription; 2nd step: post-transcription; 3rd step: translation (initiation-elongation-termination) 4th step: post-translation

Transcription = mRNA copies DNA info into RNA bases
Translation = tRNA translates mRNA
