Professional
But If You Don't Have The Money Buy Some Oral Gel.
Burn A Needle And Then Soak It In Alcohol For About An Hour.
Then Rub Oral Gel Where Ever You Want To Peirce It And Stick The Needle In.
Oh And To Relieve Pain Take A Pain Reliever. :]

A high-speed drill is best. Home Depot has them on sale now, I like the Mita® brand best. It's ergonomically designed.

Don't skimp on the drill bit either, buy the stainless steel high speed nose driller- it costs a bit more, but you'll be thankful.

While you're at it...you could pick up the Mita® Cranium attachment and drill a few more orifices in your skull.

Call 911 before you get started, just in case... Better safe than to bleed out of control, keep lots of towels and hydrogen peroxide close by too. Good Luck!

I did mine myself when i was very young. it hurt like nothing i have ever felt before and that includes childbirth.the numbness wore of and i had to go to a professional who cut the needle and did it properly. Let me reiterate how painful it was.
