The legend of vampires originated because there is a disease that causes those who have it to be allergic to sun light and it is a blood disorder so they are quit pale besides not being able to go out in the sun. And they had to have transfusions, they didn't actually suck blood or bite people. Also, there are vampire bats that do bite and suck blood but they mainly feed off of animals, not people. I've heard of a couple cases where they believed it may have been a vampire bat someone was bitten by but it has not been proven as far as I know. Hope this helps!

There are people who have thier teeth shapened and drink blood at sadistic parties. Some even spend thier life trying to keep out of the sunlight, but they are not immortal or true Vampires.
If you said women can become living Barbie dolls after a lot of plastic surgery then you might say vampires exist.
