It is a medicine but it's not prescription. You could take a cough syrup with expectorant. It thins all your secretions, including vaginal to allow the swimmers easier time getting to the egg. You could also try this. After your period is done start measuring and recording your temperature every morning before you get up and do anything. Basal body temperature (BBT) is your temperature when you first wake up in the morning. Before you even get out of bed to brush your teeth or start your day, pop a basal thermometer (available at drugstores) into your mouth. (It's important to try to wake up and take this reading at about the same time each morning.) This thermometer shows the minute incremental degree changes that a regular one can't. Most basal thermometers come with a temperature plotting chart. You won't feel the shift, but your body temperature rises by 0.5 to 1.6 degrees after you ovulate. You will see the difference in your temperature. It drops a few degrees and then the next day it is higher than it usually is up to 1.6 degrees higher. This means you have ovulated so get busy. Also try not to have sex too often because this can make the sperm in the semen less potent. Probably every other day. I did this along with taking Clomid for two months and got pregnant after a year and a half of nothing. After sex, prop your hips up on pillows for about 15 minutes to help the sperm get up into your uterus.
You could also chart your cervical mucus as well. The type of mucus your body produces provides clues to your fertility. You can check your cervical mucus using either your fingers or toilet paper. On days when you're not fertile, the mucus from your cervix is either light or sticky (about the same texture as sticky rice). During the few days leading up to ovulation, when you're most fertile, you'll have more discharge — clear and slippery with the consistency of raw egg white. You are most fertile on the last day you notice cervical mucus of this kind. It usually happens either the day before, or the day of, ovulation. The change in volume and texture of your cervical mucus is due to the increase in estrogen levels that accompanies ovulation.

ok your sessions are mind-blowing so it somewhat is going to be impossible so you might wager once you are going to ovulate. i think of the final element to do could be to have intercourse each and every 2 days during your total cycle, then you truly're guaranteed to hit the fertile window quicker or later. in case you go away it longer than 2 days, some sperm can die interior him with the aid of fact they are too previous, and those sperm permit of chemical compounds while they decay that could harm healthful sperm. in case you have intercourse on a daily basis then the sperm are not getting sufficient time to mature so as that they are going to be much less healthful ones. you should be ovulation tester sticks and confirm you have intercourse as quickly as they bypass beneficial, even yet it somewhat is better to have intercourse somewhat in the previous that too so doing it during your cycle ought to help. good success x
