No....It was Bigfoot I was fearful of.At dusk in the winter when it would get real quiet...If I was sleding of doing what ever by myself...I'd think I'd hear something in the woods near my house....I'd run home never looking back

I was never afraid of the boogey man coming from under the bed, just from my closet. I always imagined a really tall guy dressed all in black with something over his face so you can't really make out his features. No idea where I got this image from.

lol, yeah I'm still scared of someone grabbing my ankles. I just thought of the boogey man as this creepy shadow figure. in Spanish we call him something like the coukouie (Sp?) and that made it sound even more creepy.

I did the same exact thing as you did as a kid. Sounds like we had the same boogey-man as kids.

LOL...I remember having the same thoughts as a small child! I had a ritual where I had to lay perfectly still, completely under the blankets and holding my breath, until I counted to 20 or the "monsters" would get me. I still can't fall asleep unless I'm on my side with the blankets over my ear. Yeah........I'm mental.

I seriously when I was a kid was so sure Billy Idol was gonna break into my house in the middle of the night and murder my older brother that I used to take my pillow and sleep in the hallway outside his room. I was probably 4 and my brother was like 17. I don't even know why I thought that...

Yes I was afraid of Orlando Bloom when I was little. Like all the other little children, I would constantly look under my bed in fear that his little pointy nose would gouge my eyes out. So I prepared myself for the worst.
THE GET RID OF ORLANDO BLOOM KIT
You can make your own by using objects you can find around the house: Head & Shoulders, Pepto and an Atlas. The combonation of these items will repel and kill Orlando Bloom.

I thought the devil was under the bed and would have hot hands. I also had some friendly ghosts that danced up and down the stairs.
