We need more info. Are you using DSL?
Is the XBOX plugged into the internet?
Are you using a router?
Does internet work on the computer?

Like the others said, it is probably your router, but it might just be another simple issue. Do you get the "DNS not found" message in the connection screen? If so, then turn your router off for about a minute, and then connect your Xbox. Wait another minute, and then turn your router back on. It will probably fix your problem. if this doesn't work, then call 1-800-4My-Xbox. Hope this helps.

Call your internet provider. it's probably your router.
