Many German cities have a Weihnachtsmarkt (Christmas market) before Christmas. I would not feel comfortable ordering those fragile ornaments via mail/internet, however. I agree with the ppl who mentioned Hallmark. Their ornaments are really keepsakes.

Target has a really good selection that aren't a bad price. I was there just the other day and most stores already have all their Christmas stuff out. There's a lot of cool ones. Good luck!

Hallmark seems to always have Christmas ornaments... no matter what time of year. Right now they're having a 75% off sale. Check them out!!!

Most of the big department stores seem to have all their Christmas decorations on clearance now. You could also try the bargain/dollar stores.

eBay has oodles and oodles.
Just google Christmas ornaments and you will get thousands of hits.
