demonstration speech topics?

what are some good ideas for my speech, something like, how to build a paper airplane, but it has to last about 5 minutes...?

An easy topic is how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich (or another such food that doesn't require a long amount of time). Other speeches I have seen done for this type of an assignment included:
-how to hack into the school's computer system (wouldn't suggest this)
-how to give a manicure
-how to run a computer (pretend like your talking to a room full of senior citizens)
