This is in the same line as the Superman vs Goku question. If the Kamehameha is used by other DBZ characters, can Superman ever use it? Or Wonder Woman? Or...dare I say it....AQUAMAN?!

WELL...we all know that the "Kamehameha" is used in the Japanese magna "Dragonball", "Dragonball Z" and "GT'."

So putting that in a American DC inc. comic book character will really not be quite a change because all the "Kamehameha" is just an energy blast. Look at "Superman," he's got "Heat Vision" and it is some kind of fantasy science probably having to do with energy.

So yes, I think a DC character can use a "Kamehameha"

There are no DC characters who can do exactly the same thing; technically the Kamehameha is unique to the DBZ universe. There are however some who can produce a similar blast of like power - Firestorm and Dr. Fate come to mind.
