"Ouch" ?

somebody said something really rude to me at work today and i just looked at them and said "ouch" instead of saying something rude back. i find just saying that one word stops people in their tracks and makes them realize how hurtful they are being without really having to do much at all or stoop to their level.

When my husband went into a rage and grabbed the cell phone from me, no, grabbed wouldn't exactly describe it. When he throttled the phone out of my hands and he scratched me and hit me, and then shook me and then pushed me down.
Yeah, last night, that would be the last time I ever say "OUCH" because of him again. Right now I am taking a break from packing mine and my kids stuff cause we are out of here. No more ouch from him for me or them...

This afternoon ~I had surgery a few weeks ago and the nerves are still not healed- sometimes it just feels like I'm being pierced with a long sharp pin in my arm.....Ouch.

That's a weird thing I do. I say ouch even when I haven't yet hurt myself, I say it in anticipation of getting hurt. I am pretty clumsy though.Reflex?

In the laundry room there is a cabinet that hangs low, so if you open up the dryer and you bend down too quick you ram your head into the corner. It leaves a nice little triangular dent in your skull about two inches from your forehead. I nailed it last weekend for about the fourth time in two years.

I just tripped over my cat and slammed into my computer desk. Ouch.

About 30 seconds ago when I got out of my chair to let the dog out. I'm pregnant and get really stiff. So, when I go to stand up it hurts.

about 2 weeks ago when i fell down a friend of mine's steps in front of a bunch of people and busted my butt...and had to be taken to the emergency room b/c we thought my wrist and my a** was broken...b/c i was the idiot wearing flip-flops in the rain so everything was really slippery!
