It depends on what level you're on ... the higher the level, the more questions you're allowed to answer. You're on level #1 ... so, you are allowed to answer 20, ask 5, comment on 10 ... and are not allowed to rate the questions as yet. These are all per day.

7 is the highest level but u can keep answering after that u just gain more points but no levels.
