I do not believe so. The hormone the tests look for is Hcg, or "human chorionic gonadotropin". The name alone would lead me to believe it would not work on other animals, but I could be wrong.

Well, pregnancy tests test for a hormone called "Human Chorionic Gonadotropin". Because of the word "Human" I'm guessing that animal pregnancy hormones are different. Because of that I would lean toward no, but it's only my thory. I don't know for sure, it's just an educated guess.

it may work...but to varying degrees of success. I wouldn't trust it. Different animal fetuses release different horomones that the tester tests Therefore each species has their own. You may get a positive- but that could be reacting to something else in the urine since they are not formulated to be working with other animal's urine.
If they were able to, they would be widely used because of it's cheapness compared to other methods.
