A ninja or a viking? Why?

Really depends on what kind of combat. If it is a free for all in a ring or pit I would take the Beserker Viking because the Ninja's stealth would be negated and the power of the beserker would prevail. In a situation where they were both left in a building or island to find and seek each other out I would take the Ninja and his ability to use stealth and camouflage. Just depends on the rules and environment.

A ninja because they are usually fast and quick and can unleash a few devastating moves. But vikings have swords but I'm sure the ninjas could duck under (aka matrix) the swords.

A ninja would because of his ability to use stealth to attack an opponent. And thought it is possible for the viking to killa ninja in one swing of a battle axe, I would say the ninja's quickness and evasiveness would give him the edge in a battle.
