I just found out I'm pregnant but I'm starting to be worried because of the pains I've been having. I'm about 4-6 weeks along but just recently the past couple days I've been have terrible stomace cramps...and like it's constantly aching. I'm worried that this could be a miscarriage? Or is it just the nasuea ETC because I've been vomiting and showing other symptoms, I've also had no blood come out heavily...just spotted for a little while around the week I should have been on schedule for my period...

Hey, as scared as you are you should hit the doctor immediately. You may be having an eptopic pregnancy which can be dangerous or could kill you. Go to the doctor right now or even the emergency room. It's scary and if something is wrong it is better to know than to put your health at risk. Good luck.

Yes you should see your doctor if you have any bleeding at all. I had a miscarriage and it started out with light bleeding and got alot worse over about 4 days until the doctor did an ultrasound and confirmed my fears. But then again, cramping is normal during pregnancy. I have two children and I had cramps with both of them but no blood.

Yes-definantly see your OB.Some cramping early on is very normal-I had it with both my pregnancies-I also had bleeding with both of my pregnancies during the 1st and some of the 2nd trimester. But it is best to get checked out,The fact that you are having nausea is really good because usually it means everything is going well.I had a miscarriage with my 1st pregnancy at 5 weeks and I had no nausea at all before miscarrying.

The pain is not normal for a pregnant lady. Do see the Dr. asap and don't lift anything heavy. Stay off your feet as much as
possible. Good Luck

Go to the doctor immediately. Especially if you are having bad pains. My friend went through something similar and they found out that it was an ectopic pregnancy.

well your uterus is growing and baby needs room, the spotting could be because he's trying to firmly attach his self to you, and that probably some of the pain too.
I hope it's not a miscarriage, still check with the doc.
