Manson, Koresh and Jim Jones are the same as Syung Young Moon, Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson. They just didn't have good PR.

Those other guys didn't have God on their side. Not only did Jesus have God on his side, he was God.
Also, Jesus had followers who walked with him for a few years. They saw the miracles, the wisdom, the love...then they saw him die and come back to life 3 days later. Many of them died horrible deaths because of their zeal to tell the truth. While some people may die for things they believe in, no one would die for something they know to be a lie. So, Christianity got off to a good start.

Jesus had multitudes that followed him during his 30 year life span, and now 2007 years later, He still has multitudes that follow his teachings. There is not another with that record because Jesus was the Son of God in flesh.
Paul was the former Saul who persecuted christians. He was a teacher to the gentiles, and was killed for this teaching.
Peter was Jesus disciple and was a teacher to the Jews. He, too was killed for teaching.

Silly boy. Jesus had many more than just 12 followers during his lifetime. We'll never really know, but I think Jesus had many many more followers during his lifetime.
Did Koresh really have followers, or did he scare people and coerced them into following him? What about people who wanted to leave his little colony? I suspect people might have willingly followed him at first, but I suspect many wanted out.
Did Manson's followers die for him? I think they made others die for him; however, I'm not really sure.
Jim Jones. That's a good one. If you don't follow, you don't get to drink Kool-Aid, but you get lead in the belly. If you do follow, you get to dring the Kool-Aid. Many people tried to get out of Jim Jones' craziness.
Nice try, troll.

Wow, purely wow. Jim Jones. yet yet another charismatic evil bastard. I examine the 1st 0.33 of the wiki article approximately him and concept 'whats incorrect with this guy, he's against racism and each thing'. Then whilst he made that temple place no-one replaced into allowed to depart, it have been given creepy.

That really depends on what your morals are, and how much you can socially tolerate.
