x^11-(-3)*y^10-(-1)
=x^14y^11

When dividing powers, you subtract the exponents.

Your answer becomes x^(11+3)y^(10+1) = x^14y^11

I am not going to do your work for you but here is some help
x to the negative power is the same as 1/x^? since it is in the denomanator of an existing fraction you can use the rules of complex fractions.
