5 feet = 100 pounds

every inch over 5 feet add 5 pounds

so 5'3" = 115 pounds, if you're more than 15% over that you're overweight

well u should calculate ur BMI .. this gives an idea whether ur under weight, healthy or over weight ..
u should search it up on yahoo about "BMI calculator".

also if you hav a digital scale which calculates ur weight and height, as well as body fat. body fat should be under 25% if you have more you just need to exercise and workout til u get down to 25%.

You can gauge your current weight against the weight charts that are published everywhere-but that is only part of the story. But height/weight is only one measure-there is also measuring your waist. You can also measure your fat percentage-a health club can do that.

Grab your belly, if you can pinch more than an inch, you are over weight.
Or strip naked in front of a full length mirror, and jump up and down, if you see bits wobbling, that should not be wobbling, then you are over weight...........lol

My gauge is when the flesh in my uppermost inner thighs bump each other, then I should go on a diet.

if your stomach is big, when you touch touch in top of your hips you feel like a jelly thing you can get and that you cannot go straight with your hand because of that, you are.
It also depends in your family because your bones can be little, big, or extra big.
