frankly aussies do not have much conversation outside the weather the pub and sports, in high school they do not study philosophy, they let anybody entering universtities as long as they paiy the fees.
and they constantly misuse the word culture.

You cant just enter university by paying fees. Generally you have to prove yourself worthy of a spot.
If you are talking about uneducated people, have a quick look at the way you write and then maybe read a few books to see the difference. You can't spell, you dont use correct grammer, and your sentence and paragraph structures are completely wrong.
