I got my betta a couple of weeks ago. It was fine.
Now it has ICK, i know that for a fact. Well I have noticed yesteday that it had a gray spot on its tail, as if it was dipped into something. But today its gone worse, almost his whole tail is gray and it looks as is someone dyed it, but its not a pretty gray its a bad color of gray. The fish is originally blue.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY BETTA! Tell me what to do or what to get...anything!?
Save a life =]

Go to your pet store they should have treatments like RidIck.
I have found Mardel products work the best.

Go look at the sites, but, it sounds to me like too much ammonia from fish waste. You need to set some water out until tomorrow and change some of your fish's water, maybe up to half. Ick is white and like a grain of salt, high ammonia discolors & dulls. You have to set the water out to let the chlorine dissipate or it could kill the fish. The water should be as close as possible to the same temperature as the water the fish is in. If you are on well water, you could let some tepid water sit for a few hours and make a change, dip some out of the fish bowl/tank and then replace it.

Make sure that you are not overfeeding.. Too much food makes rotting food which in turn pollutes the water.

When your betta is sick, the best thing to do is change the water. Typically, for a 1 gallon fish bowl, a betta needs a water change about every 3 days. Also, try raising the water temperature (I use a standard heating pad for my back on my sick betta) but be sure that it doesn't get too hot. Upper 70s is good. And try adding some aquarium salt. It helps make the water less hospitable for bacteria so the fish gets well sooner.

To treat ick heat the tank up to 85 degrees, and add 1 tbs salt for every gallon of water, after 3 days, increase to 2 tbs per gallon. Change water every day to every 2 days. The gray is past the 1st stage of ich. The 1st stage is very treatable, but past that it gets more difficult. If you do what I said above, you will probably be able to save him.

The gray stuff is a secondary fungus that started in the blisters caused by the Ich parasites. Treat for fungus. PeeTee (I've never tried it ,but I've heard of people using a salt water dip to cure some ailments, try an Aquarium Forum for help.)
