A fantasy is a situation imagined by an individual which does not correspond with reality but expresses certain desires or aims of its creator. Fantasies typically involve situations which are impossible (such as the existence of magic powers) or highly unlikely (such as world peace). Fantasies can also be sexual in nature.
So the "fantasy" as such is perfectly healthy.
On the other hand, if you are considering acting it out in some way, you need to do your homework FIRST!

It's... unusual, to say the least.
It sounds like you are a submissive, or someone who prefers to be dominated in one or more areas of your life. It's not uncommon, but to the extent you're talking about is rarely admitted to.

It's a fantasy. Having them is normal. Acting on them in a safe, sane, and consensual way is ok too.
