letters to publishers/agents help?

is there any sites that show good examples of letters you address to publishers or agents? wrote one today and think it might have sounded wrong, listed my stuff in the wrong genre

I don't know if Writers Digest has a website with such information, but you can find the Writers Market at your local library, and they may also include issues of Writer's Digest. Those will help. Good luck!

I just typed 'query letters' into the search bar, and got a few.
