The week before my period Im always craving so much food! I feel like I can't stop eating or get full! Everything in my path seems to be consumed, and Im still not content. I exercise on a regular basis, and (except for this time) eat small portions! I hate eating this much, but Im so hungry during this time of the month I just can't seem to stop! What should I do to stop these cravings, and finally feel sattisified?

thats pretty normal for most women. your body craves more calories to replace what is being lost by your period. and its also your bodies way of "stocking up" in case you become pregnant.

you could try gobbling healthy goods, like more fruits and veggies. fruits are better because they help ward off the sugar cravings, and they will help you feel less guilty about your binges lol. also drinks lots of water, water will make you feel less hungry. you might get a little more bloated, but that will go away when your period ends.
