I don't think all guys do but my hubby has a stiletto heel fetish!
When ever we go out on date nights or sometimes just around the house I wear 5" stilettos for him. He loves to see me in them.
Good question, I think the guys who are the leg and butt men enjoy what high heels do to enhance the look of our legs.
The boob men could really care less though.

I can't talk about "guys" in general (because some of them seem to be silly Bible thumpers of all things), but....
I can speak for myself. I *do* love to see women walk in high heels, especially if they've taken the time to dress up the rest of the way with them, using tights or nylons for example to make their legs look better still. :)
I do understand though that those shoes can be *rough* on the feet, so yeah, doing a search on "ballet stretches" for your Achilles' Tendon (running from your calf to the back of your heel) is really important, especially as the heel approaches five inches in height. You've got to stretch, and open toes are definitely better for your feet since your toes bear the weight and need the room.
(and yes, the alternative can be gnarly, as in you get stuck with messed-up toes at the end of feet stuck in a pointy, tiptoed position)
Still....I see nothing wrong with having a lady friend do this once in a while as dress-up for a special occasion, you know? ;)

Yeah! high heels and boots drive me crazy. Something I can't help. I dream about women's feet. I can't control the lust I have in that area. If a woman just touches me with her heels or feet, I'm a goner. I wish I was stronger, but I don't stand a chance even though I rode Harleys in my younger years. It's hopeless, just thinking about it now is too much.

they say high heels are a mans weekness amongst other things but heels are great (if you get comfortable ones) because they make your legs slimmer your body look longer and give an overall slimming look cause its pretty uncomfortable to slouch in 5 inch stillettos!

I'd have to say yes because when you wear heels your legs longer longer. They look ever better with nylons, however heels aren't good for our feet.

NO, there silly stupid inventions of weirdness beyond comparison in the natural world and an abomination to God and country ha ha.but really .I have never been able to figure out the purpose of such a thing as high heels.it terrible for the feet. and looks stupid.My new wife was about put some on and I told her NO.there bad on the feet. and i told her that even a barn looks better painted as my grandmother said.but . not so much makeup please.

we like high heels. we like the sound it makes, clicking along the sidewalk, with perfect calves, legs that say, "Look at me--I go up--I go all the way up." and i like women who wear high heels because they are sensitive to what men like, who we are, how we think. yes, i like high heels.
