it depends upon how you react with it. If you become so possessive, its the possessiveness that is unhealthy, not the fear of losing.. If you are not so fussy about it, then it may be finer.. the thing is, why would you keep on thinkning about losing her when you got all the chance to do anything just to make her stay with you.

I think it is healthy to think this way.
I have been married and I think of this to help keep me on the straight and norrow.
I love my wife and I know that she loves me, as long as you do not become too overwhelmed and your emotions do not become a serious problem then it is healthy, but if you become mental about your feelings and thoughts it could become a serious problem in your relationship.
Just as if you become over jealous with your partner, that gets old fast.

yes. If you are in a healthy relationship you should not feel that way, unless there are some serious underlying problems. Have you felt like that in every relationship you've had? If so, you might be a tad insecure......

yeah, definetely. it makes you behave irrationally, it hurts yourself and your partner too. it puts strain on the relationship.you cannot enjoy the good moments of the relationship because you will always be thinking it will not last. so, brush off your fears. if you are right for each other, he/she will be there for you.
