My baby had them. They lasted until she was 3 months old. The doctor said that there's nothing we can do to get rid of them and to just leave them alone. Do not try to pop them, this will not only hurt the baby but it will cause scars. It's better to let them go away on their own.

My baby had newborn acne, the doctor said that it's normal, it's caused by the mother's hormones, he said that sometimes it takes up to 3 months to clear, but it only took a couple of weeks and my baby had a beautiful clear face. You don't have to do anything, just keep you baby's face clean by wiping it with a clean damp cloth once or twice a day.
Congrats on you baby!

If you mean small white bumps they are called milia. There is nothing you can do about them, the go away pretty quickly.
Actual acne is generally caused by mom's hormones still circulating in the babies blood. Generally it clears up in about a month.

Nothing to be worried about, my son had it. It goes away at about 1 or 2 months. If it gets to be a problem talk to your doctor before you do anything.

My kid's pediatrician said it's best to just leave it alone. It usually goes away within a couple of months.
