Open up Internet Explorer:
-At the top of the window go to TOOLS and INTERNET OPTIONS
-Then you can clear your cookies as well as delete temporary internet files (that can sometimes cause viruses), and delete your history.

ctrl+shift+delete
and it will tell you what to do from the rest of the way
