I tried with brush but it doesn't adhear very well on my eyelids...Any suggestions?

You can buy a product from M.A.C. called Mixing Medium, I use the Gel. It works really well and also lets you make eyeliner out of the pigment too. When you apply it with a brush, don't Brush it on, kind of pat it on first and then blend it in. I use M.A.C. pigment all the time and I love it.

Use the 239 brush for mac. It's amazing.

I love pigments a lot. and you don't neccasarily need to put something under for them to stick on, but for a longer wear you could use a MAC shadestick (beige-ing is the best imo), or a mac base, (bare canvas.)

apply a concealer as a base on your eyelids. this will give the pigment something to stick to.

for a softer look try using your fingers. for a more solid coverage dip a brush into some water, shake off excess and wipe on a kleenex then dip it into the pigments bottle.
