How many octaves is my range?

if I can comfortably sing 4 different c#s, then do i have a 4 or 3 octave range?

it depends.

If the top C# and low C# are the highest and lowest notes you sing, then you have a 3 octave range.

C# to C# is one; to the next C# is two; to the next C# is three.
