Well, it depends on what kind of music you are interested in. In terms of Classic Rock, all of the ones you named are excellent, I would throw in Peter Frampton , Guns and Roses, and The Allman Brothers in along with the groups that you listed. In terms of 80s rock, groups such as Yes and Joan Jett had great guitarists. Modern is a tossup depending on what you listen to. Groups like Sublime and Green Day were revolutionary in their music and others such as Offspring and Rage Against The Machine were also great. If you are looking for a modern band that is not bad, I am currently listening to Cobra Starship and Audioslave, both I find excellent.
