What Cell Phone company do you have? I would go to their store and talk to a representitive. If they are doing that then you really need to cancel and go to a different company. I would go to Verizon Wireless

if your phone company customer service is that bad change companies & be done with them. then write a very worded letter to their headquarters explaining your dissatisfaction with the service.
