This artwork is in the style of early to mid 20th century Soviet / Russian propaganda. If you were looking for more specific information, it is the work Aidan Hughes who designed album covers for the industrial band KMFDM. He was influenced by the posters from this era as well as high contrast, iconic comic book illustration.
