By the way his newest proposal "to fight terrorism" is to open our mail at random. The Constitution specifically forbids this.

First off, Bush will never invoke Martial Law. If he was he would have done it right after the attach on 9/11. The real question is when will the liberals and the ACLU stop aiding our enemies like they have done since at least the Vietnam War?

Yea right! Martial law you wish. What will you do. I surely don't want martial law here. When martial law is declared that means the military take over as police, courts and legislature. And a writ has to be issued and passed. Besides only Congress can declare martial law not the president. You silly boy.

I will finally be forced to admit that some conspiracy nut was actually right. But, since Americans have been in fear of martial law since at least the Civil War days, I don't think that admission will be coming any time soon.
