Unfortunately by the time fish begin showing signs of illness they are usually pretty unwell and may be beyond saving. First of all I would get a small bowl/container of some kind and take a little bit of water from the tank and put the sick fish in that. This way his system won't be shocked by different water while he is unwell. Then clean the main tank, in case there is some kind of virus/germs in the water that may make the other fish sick. I know sometimes fish can bite each other (i know someone who had a guppie eat another guppies entire tail!) so check the fish to see if he has a wound. If not the only thing you can really do is watch him for signs of deterioration or improvement.
I hope he is okay!

If he is old, such as 2 or 3 years old, they start to get humpbacked, just like an elderly person. Guppies don't live a long time and there might not be anything that you can do. The water that he is in must be ok, because neons have to have water in good condition in order to live.
Make sure that you always leave at least 3/4th of the water in the tank when you do a partial water change.
Guppies are live bearers, which mean that they don't lay eggs. A little baby guppy is born right from the mom. Maybe you can find a female guppy to add to the tank, and this might make him happy. Who knows, even if he is dying from old age, he might still father some offspring from the new guppy later.

Get a gallon fish bowl and use the water from your tank to fill it. Keep it in a warm room. Add 1 tablespoon of fish salt or canning salt, never table salt to the fish bowl. Add your ailing guppy and see if this can cure him.
Good luck.

Any spots?

Can ye seperate that guppy with a breeder tank or net?

Any on the non-hunched fish? I would hate to suggest turning the temp to 82-84, and kill off your fish, so I provided some links that have helped me.

Good luck!
