I'm turning 17 this month, and I know they hire 17 and up. What did you have to do in order to get your job? What do they look for? What do they ask for?

you have to be skinny and fit in their clothes nicely. and of course, wear their clothes. look cool and act or be nice. have experience.

Uh, based on my knowledge, you have to be skinny, wear too much makeup and totally bitchy to get a job there. And wearing their clothes might help.
