Why are the Congress party Appeasing Muslims?

Some days back Man mohan singh said
"Muslims have the first right to resources"
since Muslims,christians,jains,parsis,and hindus are treated alike in India, how can we justify his statement.

I think it is a very good and rational question which should be raised by every educated Indian, employed or unemployed. If majority of muslims are poor and uneducated who is responsible? Is it the hindus against whom they always rioted? If their population has exploded, again is it because of Hindus? If their children go only to Madarsas to learn anti-nationalism and ultimately become terrorists, who is responsible? And finally who is most deprived, is it muslims or the most backwards among hindus? There should be honest assessment. The only thing is, muslim community is more united and hence the PM is more caring for their votes. It is not a very genuine concern, other wise muslims would have got better education during the last 50 years of congress rule. The truth is bitter, most muslims are better off in Gujrat because it is amore developed state than in Bihar or UP. Why? It is the politics of Congress rulers and muslim leaders that is keeping them uneducated and poor so that they can always get their votes like that of sheep, thru cheap slogans.

Mulayam Singh yadav's Muslim Love is extremely wide-spread. 3. Lalu Yadav has declared, SIMI isn't a Terrorist outfit. 4. CPI(M) consistently attempt to woo Muslims.for Votes. They declared to open new Madarsas in WB. 5. Nitish Kumar declared to sanction many applications for them. 6. Mayawati additionally has specific schedule for them. So, who's ok ? All are comparable. All want Votes.

Muslim community is backward. They lack in education. Most of them work as petty traders with the help of criminals and anti-social elements They fall prey to the teachings of fundamentalist clerics. They do not have an independent view. Due to lack of education and employment opportunities, they resort to crimes. They definitely need some concession so that they could lead a respectful life. Therefore certain concession for upliftment of this community is absolutely essential. Backward Hindu community enjoys reservation. There is no reason why such privilege cannot be extended to Muslim community also.

It's not appeasement. its natural justice. to provide basic human needs to a minority community in a society ruled by caste and other communal factors, is it not necessary to look after the weaker sections in a democracy?
